Current Hourly Rate:

Per-hour contract basis, determined by the actual number
of hours we spend, in the process of developing and completing your design.
Fixed Fee Basis:
Fixed contract amount, based on our experience, related to our
estimate of work necessary to complete your project.
We use a combination of factors, including a percentage of typical industry build cost for the type of construction being considered, an estimate of the total hours to complete the project, and a general idea of standard cost per square foot for the plans.
We kinda combine the three, and try to come up with a reasonable number for your project.
