Speculators, Contractors and others, specializing in the field of Single Family Residential Design,
providing plans for new homes as well as additions and remodels. We, on occasion, also design and draw plans for non-structural commercial improvements, custom agricultural type buildings and utility structures.
We're a family owned and operated small business, and as such try to
maintain a personal involvement with your project. As your plan comes to life on the computer screen, it’s easy to pour ourselves into your project. (If you happen to find parts of us in your plan that you’d like removed, please contact me a.s.a.p.)….(“It’s your house not mine”).
Several years past, the housing market experienced a significant slow period, giving us an opportunity to become more intimately acquainted with kitchen and bath design, the fixtures, finishes and processes associated with this end of things. We're pleased to add this, serendipitously, to our fields of knowledge.
